Invite your team and decide who sees what

A shared inbox only makes sense once several people work in it. From Team (owner only) you add teammates and decide exactly what they see.

Invite a teammate

1. Go to Team and fill in the teammate's name and email.
2. Tick the access: Inbox (emails), Chat (website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) or both.
3. Optionally, under Domains pick only certain domains (nothing selected = all). A sales colleague can see only sales@, support only support@.
4. Save. The teammate gets an email with a link to set a password and sign straight in.

Roles

• Owner: one account, sees everything, manages domains, team, reports and billing.
• Staff: works in inbox and chat according to the access given; manages their own profile, signature and notifications.
• The number of teammates depends on the plan; you can see it in Billing.

When someone leaves

Delete the user from Team: the conversations they replied to stay in the account, their assignments are released and their access closes immediately.
