Getting started with Syncon: a new account in 10 minutes

Syncon brings the email, website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram of all your companies into one inbox shared with your team. This guide takes you from zero to the first message read in the app.

Create the account

1. Open syncon.ro/comanda and choose the Free plan (the first domain is free forever, no card needed).
2. Fill in your name, email, phone and a password. You can rename the company any time from Billing.
3. Open the confirmation email and press the button. Until you confirm, the app shows only the confirmation screen.

Finding your way

After signing in, the top menu is all you need:

• Inbox: every email, from every domain, with status, owner and internal notes.
• Chat: live conversations from the website, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.
• Contacts: people, collected automatically from incoming messages.
• Domains: the connected mailboxes and their settings (AI, widget, contact form).
• Team, Reports, Billing: for the account owner only.
• Settings: your profile, signature, notifications, security and integrations.

What next

1. Connect your first mailbox from Domains → Add domain (see the dedicated guide).
2. Invite a teammate from Team to see shared work in action.
3. Turn on website chat from Chat → Widget setup if you have a site.
