Billing: plans, card or bank transfer, invoices and add-ons

Everything about money lives in Billing, owner only. Prices are fixed per month, with no cost per agent.

Choose and pay for the plan

1. Fill in the billing details once (name, tax ID, address); with the tax ID we fetch them automatically.
2. Pick the plan and the cycle: monthly or yearly (yearly shows the per-month cost, billed once a year, cheaper).
3. Card: pay securely through Stripe, the plan activates on the spot and renews automatically.
4. Bank transfer: you get a proforma by email, pay from your bank, we activate the plan when the payment is confirmed (usually 1-2 business days).

Invoices and renewals

• The fiscal invoice is issued automatically after every payment; download it from Billing or from the confirmation email.
• For bank transfer you get the renewal proforma 7 days ahead and a reminder one day before.
• If a card payment fails, a warning shows in Billing and you can retry with one click.

Add-ons, changes, cancellation

• Extra domain: one more permanent slot. AI message pack: used after the monthly limit, never expires.
• Switch plans any time; with a card the difference is invoiced automatically.
• Cancel any time: you stay active until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to Free, nothing is deleted.
